This management survey was carried out over 2 days, as part of a property sale in a North Yorkshire Market Town.

The majority of the buildings were Victorian era, but included many more recent areas of refurbishment.

The scope comprised 7 retail units, plus the associated cellars, flats and storerooms above.

The sale went through successfully shortly after the report was returned to the client.
