Asbestos Demolition Survey – Flush Mills, Heckmondwike.

A multiple unit mill complex, to be demolished to enable the construction of several modern industrial units on the same site.

Each unit having had several industrial uses in its lifespan, the possibility of finding various types of asbestos-containing material was high.

The survey was carried out over a full week with a rapid turnaround at the client’s request.

Where asbestos containing materials were identified and catalogued via the reporting system, we were able to put the client in touch with a capable asbestos removal contractor to have them dealt with swiftly.
